Having created several women empowerment platforms and worked with several organizations worldwide , Mrs. Annie Manjuran realized the need for a global platform where it will be a safe space for married women from all walks of life to showcase their talent , share ideas , be herself and climb up the ladder to which every woman desires to be .
The Journey of MCI is a journey with a cause , its a platform where Queens adjust the crown of each other and support each other in this beautiful journey .
Co-Founder and CFO
Sarang Sonalkar** is a Canadian entrepreneur and financial analyst best known as the co-founder and financial backbone of **The Klaws Inc.**, a precision CNC manufacturing company recognized for producing high-quality grinders and pipes. His career blends analytical expertise with a passion for building purpose-driven ventures.
Originally from India, Sarang completed his MBA in London before relocating to Canada, where he helped transform Klaws into the anchor for a growing ecosystem of businesses. Under his financial leadership, he and his partner expanded into pageantry, media, and fashion—launching platforms such as Mrs. Canada Inc., World Universal Pageants, Surrey Fashion Week, and Edmonton Fashion Week.
Sarang is recognized for his ability to merge precision-focused manufacturing with people-centric industries, creating inclusive spaces that support empowerment, creativity, and representation. He continues to drive strategic growth across multiple sectors, combining analytical discipline with an entrepreneurial vision for community-focused enterprises.

She has spent over 14 years mastering the pageant world-onstage and off-as an emcee, judge, and contestant. She has proudly represented Canada at Miss Global, Miss Universe Canada, Mrs. Galaxy, and Mrs. World, competing internationally in the Philippines, Las Vegas, and Florida.
With both experience and passion, she brings a deep understanding of the art of pageantry-helping women refine their personal brand, elevate their presence, and step confidently into every room.

Sydonne Warren is an award-winning artist, TEDx speaker, and the Show Director and Choreographer for Mrs. Canada Inc., where she leads both national and international pageant productions. A former Mrs. Canada Globe, Sydonne combines her creative expertise and stage experience to design visually stunning, empowering shows that celebrate confidence, culture, and individuality.
She uses her unique artistic background and caribbean canadian heritage to approach choreography in an intuitive, and lively way. She transforms every stage moment into a statement of strength and grace. Through her leadership, Sydonne continues to inspire women to express authenticity, embrace their power, and shine unapologetically on
stage and beyond.

DR. ANGEL BHATHAL
PAGEANT COACH
Dr. Angel Bhathal is an international pageant coach, she was awarded as one of the Top 5 pageant coaches internationally by Pageant Planet and recognized as Canada's Top 3 Mentors at the Women's Empowerment Awards. She is also a former Miss Canada for several pageant systems, a former Dr. World and Miss Swimsuit International Canada. Her passion for mentorship rooted from teaching as a pageant coach but also in healthcare for University settings, hospitals, and community pharmacies. When Angel is not walking the runway on a pageant stage or preparing her students to excel in their pageants, she can be found raising awareness for gender literacy and raising. funds to bring equal access to education for women and girls internationally.

JOY COTONER
Joy Cotoner is an accomplished Filipina-Canadian pageant queen, proudly holding the titles of Mrs. Southern Ontario 2023 and Mrs. Canada Universe 2023.She made history as the first Filipina Canadian to represent Canada at the Mrs. Universe 2023 pageant in the Philippines, where she showcased her commitment to cultural pride, women's empowerment, and representation on the global stage. Joy is also the visionary founder of CASA-Catwalk and Shoot Academy,a premier coaching platform focused on catwalk training, stage presence, and pageant preparation. With a strong passion for performance and personal development, she helps individuals refine their presentation skills and step confidently into their spotlight. Her unique blend of experience, authenticity, and professionalism empowers aspiring titleholders to lead with poise and purpose. Through CASA and her advocacy, Joy continues to shape the future of pageantry--mentoring the next generation not just to compete, but to shine with confidence, voice, and vision
